FlavorStone® Diamond Edition Cookware is a line extension to the amazing, original non-stick FlavorStone® Cookware that’s enjoyed by millions of people around the world. Its improved diamond particle infused surface is super durable and super non-stick. This means you can cook meals with little or no oil, and clean up is a breeze. The unique square design offers 27% more cooking surface than any round pan of the same size, so you can cook family sized meals with ease. The “easy-touch” removable handle lets you start a meal on the stove-top and finish it in the oven*. This new feature also means that FlavorStone® Diamond Edition Cookware stores in just a fraction of the space of conventional cookware.

Best of all, this new FlavorStone® Diamond Edition Cookware still has all the great features of the original FlavorStone® Cookware, it’s PFOA free, has a superconductive multi-ply base, can be used on all types of cooking surfaces, heats evenly with no hot spots, saves energy because you only need medium or lower setting and makes clean up a breeze! All these elements, combined with the multiple layers of water-base non-stick coating infused with diamond particles, make FlavorStone® Diamond Edition Cookware one of the most versatile and user-friendly product lines available on the market.

FlavorStone® Diamond Edition Cookware's Dima-Tough™ non-stick surface is highly durable and built to last if the Cooking & Wash Care Guide instructions are carefully followed. The FlavorStone® Diamond Edition Cookware's Dima-Tough™ non-stick surface is also stain resistant.

FlavorStone® Diamond Edition Cookware should not be used on higher than medium to low stove settings. The temperature used should never exceed 230°C/446°F on stove top or in the oven.

Yes, you can opt to add oil, butter or other non-stick agents, although you may consider adding less than you would normally use with other cookware. You may consider brushing your pan’s interior with a small amount of cooking oil when preparing foods that tend to stick when cooked.

As with any cookware, reasonable care must be taken to preserve your FlavorStone™ Cookware. It can be cleaned without detergent by simply wiping the surface with a paper towel and rinsing under hot water.

Occasionally, some food and/or ingredients will stick to the cookware’s exterior and if not cleaned prior to cooking, it may dry. To remove dried food, soak the pan in water and mild detergent or dishwashing liquid to loosen/soften dried food, then wipe away clean and dry.

Follow these key points in taking care of your FlavorStone® Diamond Edition Cookware:

  • Always wash with a mild detergent or dishwashing liquid when washing your FlavorStone® Diamond Edition pans. Wash with water and wipe dry.
  • Never use steel wool, abrasive materials or sharp utensils on your FlavorStone® Diamond Edition Cookware non-stick surfaces.
  • Always allow FlavorStone® Diamond Edition Cookware to cool before washing.
  • Never try to scrape off any dried food from your FlavorStone® Diamond Edition pans.
  • Use medium to low heat setting to cook your food, because the pans are superconductive. This cookware is NEVER to be used at temperatures over 230°C/446°F.
  • Never place FlavorStone® Diamond Edition Cookware in the microwave, on a BBQ grill, broiler, salamander food warmer, or under heat lamps.
  • Check your pans prior to use, to ensure the handles are tight and that no other damage exists.
  • Never use your FlavorStone® Diamond Edition pans to pound or bang another hard surface or frozen food.

Yes, FlavorStone® Diamond Edition Cookware can be washed in the dishwasher. However, keep in mind that there is no need to use the dishwasher after each use. You can easily clean your FlavorStone® Diamond Edition Cookware by simply wiping the surface with a paper towel and rinsing under hot water.

Frequent and prolonged use of the dishwasher to clean FlavorStone® Diamond Edition Cookware may result in the fading of the color. The maximum temperature for FlavorStone® Diamond Edition Cookware in the dishwasher is 70°C/158°F.

FlavorStone® Diamond Edition Cookware works on all types of stove tops. This includes gas flame, electric burner, ceramic and induction stove tops.

Unlike stove tops that concentrate heat in a controlled space, the heat source in BBQs and stove top grills is not compatible with the size of the bottom of the cookware and the heat can damage the removable handle of FlavorStone® Diamond Edition Cookware. Also, the heat source on a BBQ can be very unpredictable and hard to control and it can very easily go over the 230°C/446°F max heat limit that must be followed for FlavorStone® Diamond Edition Cookware.

The FlavorStone® Diamond Edition pans (without handles or with riveted stainless-steel handles) are oven safe up to 230°C/446°F, while the lids are safe up to 180°C/356°F. The removable handle is not oven safe and should never be put in the oven as it will get damaged and parts of it may melt.

Yes, there is no PFOA present in the FlavorStone® Diamond Edition Cookware coating.

PFOA is an acronym for perfluorooctanoic acid, a synthetic (man-made) chemical. Some studies indicate that PFOA can cause developmental and other adverse effects in laboratory animals. PFOA also appears to remain in the human body for a long time. PFOA has been detected in industrial waste, stain-resistant carpets, carpet cleaning liquids, house dust, microwave popcorn bags, water, food, and some cookware.

Our orders ship from our fulfillment center in USA anywhere from 2 to 5 business days from credit card approval. Returns

Our 30 day money back guarantee entitles you to a full refund of the purchase price, less the shipping and handling charges. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please log into our customer service portal at support.thane.com to access your account and submit a return request to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization ). You will receive an email from Thane Customer Service within 1 to 2 days with the RMA number and return instructions. Once you have received your RMA number, please return all items in its original condition and packaging. When returning your order, please ensure that you use an insured carrier to return your order.

Please note that Thane is not responsible for any return shipped charges incurred to return your order. Once your order has been received at our fulfillment center, the refund will be processed. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card. Refunds do not include shipping and handling or assembly fees and trial fee payments. Refunds for returned orders are processed weekly. If your return shipment tracking number confirms that your order was successfully delivered to our fulfillment center, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed to your credit card. If your order was placed on a 30-day trial offer, the trial fee paid is non-refundable. We do not refund any shipping charges. If after 10 days, you do not see your refund on your credit card, please log into our customer service portal at support.thane.com to access your account and submit a help request to our customer service center. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.

Warranty

Your Product purchased from Thane Direct USA/Thane.Com is warranted, to the original owner, for 1 Year from date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. Should your Thane Direct USA Product prove defective within 1 Year from date of purchase, you must email or call our Customer Service department at customercareusa@thane.com. Do not return the defective part or unit unless instructed to do so after contacting us.

Under this warranty, Thane Direct USA/Thane.Com will repair or replace any parts found to be defective due to a manufacturer's defect. This warranty extends only to personal use and does not extend to any product that has been used for commercial use, rental use, or use for which it is not intended. There are no warranties other than that expressly set forth herein. This warranty is not transferable. Thane Direct USA/Thane.Com is not responsible in any way for damages, losses or inconveniences caused by equipment failure arising from user negligence, abuse or use not in accordance with the User's Guide or any additional safety, use, or warnings included in the product materials. Further, Thane Direct USA/Thane.Com is not liable for incidental or consequential damages of any nature resulting from the use of this product and any liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

The product you have purchased from Thane is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service to the original owner for one (1) year from date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”). Should the product prove defective during the Warranty Period, please log into our customer service portal at support.thane.com to access your account and submit a warranty parts request to our customer service center. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response. Do not return the defective part or unit unless instructed to do so after contacting us. Under this limited warranty, Thane Direct Inc will replace any parts found to be defective due to a manufacturer’s defect. Payment

If you see two transactions posted for the same amount on the same day, you are not being charged twice. What you are seeing is the pre-authorization obtained from your credit card company and the actual charge. Please note that the pre-authorization will be held in your account until your order ships, at which point, your card will then be charged. We understand that you may have changed your mind about your order and now you wish to cancel. It is important to note that in our efforts to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible you may have as little as one hour or less from order placement to cancel your order. Our systems are automated to ensure the fastest order processing and shipment times possible and once an order has been processed and sent to fulfillment we are unable to cancel an order.

Your order is shipped from our fulfillment center via one of our preferred carriers. An automated shipment confirmation notification with the tracking number is sent to the customer's email. For remote locations, the carrier will transfer the shipment to your local USPS post office for delivery to its final destination.
